Booking & Session Information

Finding the right photographer for you and your family is an important decision.  Not only is it a financial investment, but these images are what is going to be telling your story for years to come!

My number one goal in all my sessions is to capture the essence of who you are…my second goal is to have fun!!

Here are some questions to help you get started in booking your next session!

 

Where do you shoot your sessions?

I shoot all over Central Florida!  Some of my favorite locations are Walt Disney World, Celebration, Winter Park, Lake Nona & Downtown Orlando.  I do travel  in and out of state for an additional fee.

How long in advance should I book my session?

Family Sessions should be booked 2-3 months in advance, Maternity Sessions should be booked 6 months in advance- I suggest the mommy be between 32-36 weeks along the day of her session, Newborn Sessions need to be tentatively scheduled 6 months in advance with the exact date no later than 7 days after the baby is born, Weddings should be booked 6-12 months in advance.

When do I pay for my session?

Session fees are due no later than 48 hours after the contract and invoice have been sent to you.  Weddings require a 50% deposit to hold your date with the balance due the day before the wedding.  All session fees and deposits are non-refundable, with the exception of newborn emergencies, but I will reschedule one time if notified no later than 24 hours in advance.   Should there be any concern, please contact me.
 

Will I get digital images or prints with my session?

Depending on your session, our session fee typically covers your session time and a print credit with the exception of Weddings.  Your print credit can be placed towards the purchase of prints or digital files.  Please look at the package information under the ‘Investments’ tab.
 
Wedding Packages come with all final edited images from your wedding day & engagement session!
 

How do I see my images after the session?

Typically between  2-3 weeks your images are ready and will be uploaded into an online gallery that will be secured with a password.  The link will be sent to you via email for you  to use and share with family & friends! It is from this gallery you can order any prints or digital images.
 
Wedding galleries are sent 6-8 weeks after your wedding day.
 

How long will my gallery be open?

Your gallery will be live for 5 days for you to view and order your images!  There is a $50 fee to have your gallery uploaded and activated again.
 

How long will it take to receive my prints and/or digital files?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for prints to be mailed to you and 48-72 hours for your digital files to be sent via PASS- the best tool for sharing your images with all your friends & family!  Your PASS gallery will be active for your to download your images for 29 days!
